WHAT IS YOUR PROCESSING TIME?

  • All orders are subjected to the processing before shipment as our hair is sourced to complete your order. If you have any questions regarding our processing/shipping, please feel free to contact us before placing your order. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.
  • Upon checking out and purchasing the pre-order bundles, your order will typically take approximately three weeks for processing.
  • Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays. All orders placed over the weekend or national holidays will begin processing the following business day.
  • Order processing is completed in the order in which they are placed in our system. As we cannot expedite orders, please refer to our shipping page for approximate shipping & arrival times.

PROMOTIONAL SHIPPING

  • During sales & promotions, shipping times will be extended. Refunds will not be permitted. Once your order is complete, all sales are final.
  • During holidays and promotions, shipping delays may occur. Thank you in advance for your patience.

  • At times, order confirmation emails may be delayed due to high order volume. Please contact us if you have not received your order confirmation email after 24 hours of completing your purchase.
