Custom Orders

If you are looking for an item you don’t see on our website, no problem. You can place custom orders at Ondibu. We offer lengths of 12" to 36” on selected items. 

HOW DO I PLACE A CUSTOM ORDER?

• Please email our customer service team at sales@ondibuhair.com for assistance with your custom order. Provide us with the texture, length, and quantity you desire to order. 

(Example: Natural Wavy wefts 32-inch quantity: 4.)

**Fulfillment times and prices vary for custom orders depending on order type, length, and the sourcing destination of the product.

Once payment is complete, your order will begin processing. Orders cannot be canceled, modified, or exchanged. All sales for custom orders are non-refundable.
