Ondibu hair is prepared with care. Because we specialize in curated raw hair and select extension products, most orders are processed after purchase rather than mass-stocked in every texture, length, and product type.

Standard Processing Time
Our standard processing time is 10–14 business days before your order ships.
Business days do not include weekends, holidays, or carrier transit time. Processing time begins after your order has been successfully placed and payment has been confirmed.
Processing Time vs. Shipping Time
Processing time and shipping time are separate.
Processing time is the time needed to prepare your order before it leaves Ondibu. Shipping time begins after your order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier.
For example, if your order requires 10–14 business days to process, the shipping method selected at checkout begins after that processing window is complete.
Why Processing Takes Time
Ondibu is not a mass-stocked hair store. Our hair is sourced and prepared with a focus on quality, natural movement, softness, fullness, and long-term wear.
Processing allows time for order preparation, quality review, vendor coordination when applicable, packaging, and fulfillment. This helps ensure your order meets the Ondibu standard before shipment.
Raw Hair Orders
Raw hair may vary slightly by lot because it is naturally sourced. Texture, color, fullness, wave pattern, and curl pattern can have natural differences. This is normal and part of what makes raw hair look realistic and beautiful.
Because of this, some raw hair orders may require additional time to prepare or confirm availability, especially for specific lengths, curly textures, or limited inventory.
Tape-Ins, Clip-Ins, and Bulk Hair
Tape-ins, clip-ins, and bulk hair may also require processing before shipment. Availability can vary by texture, length, weight, and product type.
If you need hair for a specific appointment date, we recommend contacting us before ordering so we can help you determine the best option.
Sale Items
Sale items may include overstock inventory, one-of-a-kind items, discontinued products, or limited quantities. All sale items are final sale.
Although some sale items may already be available, please still allow time for order review, packaging, and fulfillment. If a sale item has a different timeline, it will be noted on the product page when applicable.
Tracking Information
Tracking information is sent once your order has shipped. Please allow the full processing window before expecting tracking details.
Once your order is in the carrier’s possession, delivery timing is controlled by the shipping carrier. Ondibu is not responsible for carrier delays after shipment.
