Ordering
Are Ondibu products ready to ship?
Most Ondibu orders are prepared after purchase. We do not mass-stock every texture, length, and product type because our hair is sourced in curated lots and prepared with care.
How long does processing take?
Our standard processing time is 10–14 business days before shipping. Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or carrier transit time.
When will I receive tracking?
Tracking is sent once your order has shipped. Please allow the full processing window before expecting tracking information.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Please review your order carefully before checkout. Once an order is placed, changes may not be possible because processing begins after purchase.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
For order protection, address changes cannot be guaranteed after checkout. Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

What type of hair does Ondibu sell?
Ondibu specializes in premium raw Indian hair bundles, tape-in extensions, clip-ins, and bulk hair. Our focus is curated quality, natural movement, softness, fullness, and long-term wear.
What is raw Indian hair?
Raw Indian hair is hair that has not been heavily processed or chemically altered to create a uniform texture. Because it is naturally sourced, each bundle may have slight differences in texture, color, wave pattern, curl pattern, and fullness.
Will every bundle look exactly the same?
No. Raw hair is naturally sourced, so texture, color, wave pattern, curl pattern, and fullness may vary slightly from bundle to bundle. These natural variations are normal and help the hair look realistic and blend beautifully.
How long does Ondibu hair last?
With proper care, Ondibu hair typically lasts 5–8+ years. Longevity depends on how the hair is installed, washed, conditioned, styled, colored, and stored between installs.
Bundles & Product Help
How many bundles do I need?
Most Ondibu installs require just 3 bundles for a full, luxurious look. Our premium raw hair is exceptionally full and dense, allowing most customers to achieve beautiful fullness with fewer bundles than they may expect.
General Guide:
- 12"–16": 2 bundles (3 bundles for extra fullness)
- 18"–24": 3 bundles (4 bundles for extra fullness)
- 26"–30": 4 bundles (5 bundles for maximum fullness)
If you're unsure, our team is happy to recommend the ideal number of bundles based on your desired length, texture, and desired final look.
Can I mix bundle lengths?
Yes. Many customers mix lengths for a more natural, layered look. Popular combinations include 18/20/22, 20/22/24, and 22/24/26 for a seamless blend.
Do curly textures require more maintenance?
Yes. Wavy Curly, Natural Curly, Super Curly, and Deep Curly textures require more moisture, regular detangling, and curl-friendly products than straight textures. This is completely normal for premium raw textured hair.
What is bulk hair?
Bulk hair is loose hair that is not attached to a weft. It is commonly used for braid-ins, miracle knots, custom installs, and professional extension methods.
What is the difference between bundles, tape-ins, clip-ins, and bulk hair?
Bundles are wefted hair used for sew-ins and custom installs. Tape-ins are semi-permanent adhesive extensions installed by a professional. Clip-ins are removable extensions designed for temporary wear. Bulk hair is loose hair used for custom installation methods such as miracle knots and braid-ins.
Coloring & Styling
Can Ondibu hair be colored?
Yes. Raw Indian hair can typically be professionally colored or lifted. We recommend having all coloring services performed by an experienced stylist and completing a strand test before making major color changes.
Can I use heat on Ondibu hair?
Yes. Always use a heat protectant before styling with hot tools. Moderate heat and proper care will help preserve the hair's softness, shine, and longevity.
Can I straighten wavy or curly raw hair?
Yes. Wavy and curly raw hair can be straightened with heat and will generally return to its natural pattern after washing when cared for properly. Avoid excessive high-heat styling to help preserve the texture over time.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout and your destination. Shipping begins only after your order has completed processing.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Ondibu ships worldwide. International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, customs fees, or import charges required by their destination country.
Are duties and customs fees refundable?
No. Duties, taxes, customs fees, and import charges are collected by your local customs authority or shipping carrier and are not refundable by Ondibu.
Returns, Exchanges & Sale Items
Are Ondibu orders refundable?
All Ondibu orders are final sale. Please carefully review product descriptions, processing times, and our policies before placing your order.
Do you offer exchanges?
Exchanges are not guaranteed. Store credit may be offered only when applicable and approved in accordance with our Refund, Exchange & Order Policy.
Are sale items final sale?
Yes. All sale items are strictly final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, canceled, or restocked once sold out.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders begin processing shortly after purchase, so cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
