Depending on the method chosen upon checking out, SMS or E-mail, if you have not received your order confirmation please check the spam folder as some E-mails get sent there. Ondibu Hair does not offer refunds or cancellations. At Ondibu, each bundle will be different as we are a raw hair company. Rest assured, we thoroughly wash and inspect all hair to ensure consistency and quality before shipping to our customers. Due to the nature of our products, all items are custom made to order and are non-refundable. Please note, Ondibu Hair reserves the right to refuse all unauthorized returns.
