Processing Time Before Shipping

Our standard processing time is 10–14 business days before shipment.

Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or carrier transit time. Shipping time begins after your order has shipped and has been accepted by the carrier.

Ondibu ships domestic orders using trusted shipping carriers. The available shipping options and rates will be shown at checkout based on your shipping address.

Once your order ships, delivery time depends on the carrier and shipping method selected at checkout.

PO Boxes

Orders shipping to a PO Box may require USPS delivery. Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

International Shipping

Ondibu ships internationally. International shipping options and rates are shown at checkout when available for your location.

International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or import charges required by their country or carrier.

Duties, Taxes, and Customs Fees

Duties, taxes, customs fees, and import charges are not controlled by Ondibu. These charges are set by the destination country or carrier and are the customer’s responsibility.

Customs fees, duties, taxes, and import charges are non-refundable by Ondibu.

Tracking Information

Tracking information is sent once your order has shipped. Please allow the full processing window before expecting tracking details.

After your package is accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery updates will be available through the tracking number provided.

Carrier Delays

Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier. Ondibu is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, customs delays, missed delivery attempts, or other delays outside of our control.

If your tracking shows a delay, please contact the carrier directly for the most accurate delivery updates.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. Ondibu is not responsible for delays, lost packages, returned packages, or delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout.

For order protection, address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has been placed.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned to Ondibu due to an incorrect address, incomplete address, refused delivery, unpaid customs fees, or failure to retrieve the package, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Ondibu is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your tracking shows delivered and you cannot locate your package, please check with your household, neighbors, building management, mailroom, or local carrier office first. You may also need to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

Signature Requirements

Some orders may require signature confirmation for delivery protection. If a signature is required, please make sure someone is available to receive the package.

Separate Shipments

If your order contains multiple product types or items with different availability, your order may ship in separate packages when necessary.

If your order ships separately, tracking information will be provided once each package has shipped.

Need Hair by a Specific Date?

If you need hair for an appointment, event, or install date, please contact us before placing your order. We can help you determine whether the product you want is the best option for your timeline.

Ordering without confirming availability or timing does not guarantee arrival by a specific date.
