Processing Times
At Ondibu Hair, we source our hair for each order, which is custom-made and requires construction before shipping. We advise customers not to make hair appointments until their order is received.
PROCESSING TIMES
- All Indian wefts and clip-ins take 14-21 business days.
- Indian closures and frontals may take up to 4 weeks.
- All Cambodian products is 14-21 business days.
**This excludes shipping transit times. You can select your preferred transit time at checkout. All orders placed over weekends/federal holidays will begin processing the following business day.
Once your order is processed, it will be shipped via the selected shipping method at checkout. In addition, you will receive a shipping confirmation notification via text/email, depending on your preferred communication method chosen at checkout.

PROMOTIONAL ORDERS PROCESSING
- During promotional sales, shipping times will be extended. Promotional shipping is 21 business days. During holidays and promotions, shipping delays may occur. These delays are due to third-party shippers. Unfortunately, we cannot control delivery times.
CUSTOM ORDERS
- Fulfillment times vary for custom orders depending on order type, size, and the sourcing destination of the product. You can email our customer service team for processing and shipping times. Timeframes vary per item and annual season.
