Each bundle undergoes quality control, documentation, and secure packaging to ensure it meets our luxury standards.

📬 Lost or Stolen Packages
Ondibu Hair is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by the carrier.
Once tracking shows “delivered,” liability transfers to the customer.
We recommend shipping to a secure address and monitoring tracking updates closely.
Customers may use UPS My Choice or DHL On Demand Delivery to manage delivery options.
These tools allow you to reschedule delivery, add instructions, or redirect to a nearby pickup location.

Ondibu Hair is not liable for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package is returned due to an undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.
