During ALL SALES & PROMOS processing can take up to an additional processing time of 7-10 business days from the below mentioned. **Special hair requests such as hair/curl/wave pattern, coarseness and color will also fall into the additional processing time category.

The following notification you will receive, is your Shipping Confirmation email after your order has been processed, and is ready for pickup to ship. Your order will remain in unfulfilled status until it is shipped. We do not send out updates during the processing stage.
Regular Processing Times: The following processing times apply are as follows, per hair type being ordered. Depending on order volume, shipping schedule can change without notice. If there are any major changes you will be notified by our Customer Service Team.

- All Wavy Curly & Curly Bundles: (2-3 weeks)
- All Grey and Blonde Bundles: (3-4 weeks)
- Yaki Bundles: (2-3 weeks)
- All Clip-Ins: (2-3 weeks)
All Closures and Frontals (3-6 weeks)
- If an order is placed with a closure or frontal your order will ship once your closure or frontal is ready. If you do not wish to wait, please place 2 separate orders.
We are a custom wefting company, and not purchase on demand. There is a wait time associated with each order placed through Ondibu Hair.
We do not refund customers for not acknowledging our checkout times.
We cannot expedite orders for customers that are on time constraints.
Please allow yourself ample time for your to arrive based off our shipping schedule, when placing an order. We cannot control delivery delays, nor refund shipping costs.
The shipping method selected at checkout is how your order will be delivered after the allotted processing times.
We will not refund shipping for multiple orders. If separate orders are placed each will be assigned their own tracking number. No combined shipping is allowed. If you have multiple pending orders each order is shipped as its own.
Orders cannot be modified once placed. Please ensure the correct texture and lengths are ordered.
All orders placed over the weekend and/or any federal holidays will begin processing the following business day. **Please Note: Weekends/Holidays are not included in business days. Currently we do not ship on Saturday, Sundays or Holidays.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but we do not have any way to give special delivery instructions to the USPS/UPS/DHL courier and any such instructions will be ignored. USPS/UPS will usually make several attempts to deliver your package. They may also leave a notice of their attempts to deliver at the delivery address and give you a telephone number to call for pick-up or to arrange an alternate delivery. It is the customers responsibility to arrange for package pick-up if necessary. No refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned shipments. If a shipment is returned due to customer negligence, it will be the customers responsibility to cover additional shipping costs to have it sent back to you.
International Orders: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item prices or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

We are not responsible for late shipments due to incorrect address input, inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind weekends and holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. We entrust in USPS/UPS/DHL to deliver your package on time. All orders placed with Ondibu Hair, are checked by IP address and 3 payment security systems. Any fraudulent activity such as chargebacks, or stolen goods will result in Ondibu Hair holding the recipient/customer to the highest extent of the law. In most cases and states, will result in grand larceny charges. All orders are recorded prior to shipment to protect both Ondibu and the our customers. We take fraud very seriously. All orders are video recorded prior to shipping as well.
