We have a 7-day exchange policy. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If your items are not in their original condition, they cannot be exchanged.
You must request an exchange within seven days of receiving your item. We do not accept any exchanges after seven days. No exceptions.
If you would like to initiate an exchange, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Items returned to us must first request a return to be accepted. Unauthorized exchanges/returns will not be accepted.
A 25% restocking fee will be taken from the total amount of any exchange.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have seven days to report any damages or problems with your order.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges or returns on sale items or gift cards. Used items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Using a credit card that does not belong to you or claiming an order was falsely placed on your behalf will result in an investigation and possible prosecution. Please note that your IP address is logged and verified through our internet security when accessing our website.
