All orders require a processing period of 10–14 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping timelines vary based on availability and destination.

Once marked as delivered by the carrier, Ondibu Hair is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We strongly recommend shipping to secure and reliable addresses.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Due to the hygienic and custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item is damaged upon arrival or an error was made on our end.

Please inspect your package upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if any issues are present.

Please note: All hair is thoroughly photographed and video recorded prior to shipment for quality assurance. This helps us maintain transparency and ensure the accuracy of each order.
