Please be advised that all December orders be processed in 14 days. We regret to inform you that we cannot accommodate modifications to orders at this time. Please verify the accuracy of your information before submission. Thank you for your understanding!
Refunds will not be provided due to a failure to acknowledge processing times.
ALL LACE, BUNDLES, CLIP-INS, & I-TIPS - PROCESSING TIME
Processing takes seven (7) business days, excluding weekends and holidays for all orders during regular business days. Tracking numbers are sent via email confirmation on the day of shipping. We do not send pre-tracking numbers. Our process is in real-time.
PROMOTIONAL ORDERS PROCESSING
- Please note that shipping times will be extended during promotional sales and holiday periods. Please allow up to 14 business days for processing and delivery of all orders. We cannot expedite orders or issue refunds, as all sales are final.
- Please email sales@ondibuhair.com to check our in-stock inventory. Additional fees may apply for expedited orders.
All processing times exclude shipping transit times. You can select your preferred transit time at checkout. Orders placed over weekends and federal holidays will begin processing the following business day.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
We offer four domestic shipping options depending on your selection. This excludes the seven-day business day processing time.
- Free: (2-5 Business days) - After Processing
- Ground: (2-5 Business days) - After Processing
- Expedited: (1-2 Business Days) - After Processing
- International Express: (2-3 Business Days) - After Processing
Tracking numbers will be sent via email confirmation on the day of shipping.
Important Notice: At Ondibu Hair, we source our hair for each custom-made order, which requires construction before shipping. We advise customers to wait to make hair appointments until their order is received. Please note that orders will not be canceled or refunded due to issues related to a lack of acknowledgment of processing times.
