Ondibu Hair does not offer refunds nor cancellations. Once your order is placed, we cannot modify your order. Please ensure your order is verified before placing your order. 

At Ondibu Hair, each bundle will be different as we are a raw hair company. Rest assured, we thoroughly wash and inspect all hair to ensure consistency and quality before shipping to our customers. Due to the nature of our products, all items are custom made to order and are nonrefundable.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges as your order is a custom order.

Federal law prohibits the return of used human hair. 

Ondibu hair reserves the right to refuse any packages/returns at any time.
