Do you allow refunds? Can I cancel my order?

Ondibu Hair does not offer refunds or cancellations. At Ondibu, each bundle will be different as we are a raw hair company. Rest assured, we thoroughly wash and inspect all hair to ensure consistency and quality before shipping to our customers. Due to the nature of our products, all items are custom made to order and are non-refundable.
